Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Entiora’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Entiora provides AI search optimization services including:

• AI search visibility monitoring and reporting
• Content optimization for AI search engines
• Lead generation and intake management
• Client portal and analytics dashboard

Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is due upon subscription and will automatically renew unless cancelled. Setup fees are non-refundable.

We accept major credit cards and process payments through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for all fees and charges.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and will notify clients of any planned maintenance.

Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate with our optimization efforts
• Make timely payments
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entiora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
